Processing Time

Each Jay & Co. piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to create your item, though most orders are completed sooner. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special product launches.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it to you via USPS Ground Advantage.
International shipping is available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us right away at hello.jayandcojewels@gmail.com

While we’ll do everything we can to help, Jay & Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
